A Letter to my Clients
First and foremost, thank you for allowing me the privilege of hearing your story, holding space for your pain, and walking alongside you as you pursue your goals in life. No matter what your hurt may be telling you, please remember—you are not defined by it. You are doing your best, and your best is enough. Take a moment to show yourself love and compassion. Life is not easy, but you are strong enough to meet its challenges.
I am writing this letter to be a source of comfort in moments of distress—when you feel alone or unsure where to turn. I see your pain, and I acknowledge it. You are worthy. You matter. You are more than your performance or productivity. You are capable. You are enough. You belong here. You are not defined by your past, nor by the limited perspectives of others.
I may not know the exact struggle you are facing right now, but I know you are doing what you can to move forward. Silence the inner critic that weighs you down with guilt and shame—you deserve to be free from that cycle. Call it out and remind it how wrong it is about you. You are not broken, flawed, or damaged—you are you. And you deserve love in this moment, and in every moment that follows.
Thank you for seeking comfort, even when you may not feel your strongest. I hope you can pause to see the good in yourself and in the world around you. It’s not always easy, but it is always worth it—because you are worth it. Let this serve as a reminder that you are important, and you deserve to create a life worth living. The world is better because you are in it.
With warm regards,
Ashley
